Rainbow Bakery in Cranston just celebrated their 100th anniversary. The third-generation family owned business still follows the original recipes brought over from the Ukraine back in the early 1900s.

The bakery has sold almost 10 million bagels since its inception. Boiled first and then baked, the bagels have a crispy chewy outside and a soft inside that's undeniably delicious.

Originally only five varieties were baked daily: plain, poppy seed, sesame seed, onion, and egg. Today, choose from almost a dozen different flavors.
