This Oklahoma oasis is situated at the foothills of the Arbuckle Mountains in Sulphur and draws in thousands of visitors every year.

One of its greatest features is the crystal-clear swimming hole - Little Niagara in Travertine Creek. The water is a cool 60 degrees year-round which makes it very popular during the summer months.

It is also a great spot for jumping off the rocks, but be sure to use caution as they can be slippery. Visitors of all ages flock to this spot, especially on a hot, summer day.

There are a number of cold-water mineral springs in the park which give rise to sulfur, bromide, and iron-bearing waters.

The recreation area has more than four different hiking trails, many leading to natural spring-fed swimming holes.

Throughout the park, you'll also find other fresh water and mineral springs running freely. It's a fun adventure to hike and find swimming holes along the way.
