If you’re looking for some spectacular views, look no further than the Mount Scott Overlook Trail in Oklahoma. This gorgeous trail takes you up on top of one of the most prominent mountains in the state. Pack your gear and get ready to hike this trail for some seriously awesome views.

If you want to get out and explore the beauty in this great state, head to the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge.

This area is home to beautiful Mount Scott, which offers views of the surrounding landscape. This is one great hike you won’t want to miss!

The trail is a long road that leads to the summit of Mount Scott.

It’s about three miles one way and ascends the entire time. But it’s paved and very easy to navigate.

The entire elevation gain is just over 1,000 feet.

This may seem like a lot, but the climb is gradual. This is definitely an easier hike to take for those getting into summiting mountains!

The hike offers 360-degree views all around the area.

The peak itself stands 2,464 feet above sea level. This gives you unbelievable views of the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge!

You’ll see amazing sights throughout your whole hike.

Whether you’re looking up or down, there’s something gorgeous to see. Make sure you bring plenty of water for your hike, especially if you’re out during the heat of the day.

Hikers have exclusive access to the road on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Friday through Sunday hikers have to clear off the mountain by noon. Cars and bikers will be able to use the road exclusively Friday through Sunday afternoons.

This hike is so easy to do for just about everyone.
