This Reindeer Farm In Ohio Will Positively Enchant You This Season

Thanksgiving will soon be upon us, which means the holiday season is officially in full swing and you'll want to start planning your adventures now. While it's always fun to look at Christmas lights, consider visiting a reindeer farm this season. It will add an extra dose of holiday cheer---and the little ones will be positively enchanted at the sight of real life reindeer.

Pine Acres Reindeer Farm and Event Center in LaRue, Ohio will open this holiday season for a full day of Christmas cheer, reindeer magic and holiday festivities. Take a look:

Although this hidden gem of a farm isn't open year-round to the public, Pine Acres will open one day this holiday season and share the Christmas magic.

You'll find it at 8746 LaRue Prospect Rd., LaRue, OH 43332.

Other friendly members of this reindeer family include Gumdrop, Velvet, Candy Cane and many others.

This year, visitors can come and see the reindeer on the farm on Saturday, December 23.

The event is still in the planning stages, so be sure to check their Facebook page for updates about times and a schedule of events.

One thing is for sure; you'll get to see the beautiful reindeer up close.

(And you may even get to feed them.)

You'll also likely see Santa roaming about with the reindeer, getting them ready for the big night.
