Walk Right Behind A Waterfall When You Visit This Unforgettable Ohio Park

Centerville Mills Park in Ohio features a 20-foot waterfall that visitors can walk behind, offering a unique and unforgettable experience.

Ohio's waterfalls are positively enchanting. Many must be admired from a distance, but some allow you to have an up-close-and-personal experience. Today's feature destination promises just that. Centerville Mills Park is a largely unknown Ohio destination just outside of Cleveland that features an incredible natural wonder: a 20-foot waterfall that visitors can actually walk behind. It's an unforgettable adventure that everyone should experience at least once.

Tucked away in Bainbridge Township awaits one of the state's most underrated natural wonders: a waterfall that you can actually walk behind.

The crown jewel of Centerville Mills Park is this gorgeous, 20-foot waterfall that flows over a recessed cave. The result is a spectacular phenomenon allowing guests to walk behind the falls without ever getting wet.

This particular waterfall is part of the Aurora Branch of the Chagrin River, which was once relied upon by the former village of Centerville Mills, abandoned in the 1930s.

While the waterfall is spectacular to explore in any season, spring tends to be the best time to experience the waterfall in all of its glory.

Due to melted snowfall, the river is all the more powerful, creating a dramatic surge of waterflow.

So whether you're a waterfall enthusiast or simply looking to add little-known adventures to your Ohio bucket list, you won't be disappointed by this quaint park holding a phenomenal natural wonder.
