Go Hiking With Llamas In North Carolina For An Adventure Unlike Any Other

Experience a unique llama hike at Devine Llama Vineyards in North Carolina's Yadkin Valley.

Most hiking adventures in North Carolina are those in which you're welcome to bring the family dog. But we only know of one hike where your animal companion will be a cute and cuddly llama. That's right, we're here to tell you all about a one-of-a-kind North Carolina llama hike. So how does it all work? Well, you'll pair up with a friendly llama on this unusual adventure in the Tar Heel State, and then...

...just when you thought it couldn't get any better: the hike begins and ends at a winery in North Carolina's picturesque Yadkin Valley, known for the many vineyards found along the rolling landscape.

The fun llama treks at Devine Llama Vineyards began years ago and have become more and more popular with each new arrival of spring.

Treks are available in spring, summer, and fall and are an adventure you won't soon forget!

In addition to five acres devoted solely to their vineyard, Devine Llama Vineyards also has a farm devoted to the lovable creatures.

The treks average approximately two hours (give or take fifteen minutes).

They're offered on most Saturdays and Sundays in the spring, summer, and fall seasons.

Of course, these times are subject to change. So be sure to check out the website for up-to-date rates and hours before planning your trip.
