Most People Don’t Know About This Magical Sunflower Field Hiding In Buffalo

Editor's Note: This field is located on private property, so please do not disturb the flowers, fields, or farm. Respect the privacy of the owners and enjoy them from afar by appreciating their beauty through these photos instead!

There's just something about sunflowers that brings a smile to your face, so it's no surprise that a whole field of them is sure to bring you joy! This magical sunflower field is located in Alden, just 35 minutes from the City of Buffalo.

During the year, the fields don't look much different than typical farm fields. But in the month of August, a sea of yellow washes over them!

Aldinger Farms has been family owned and operated for over 50 years, proudly providing produce to the public all the while!

The sunflowers are in full bloom and will only be in season for the next week or two.

While the most impressive field of sunflowers sits along Three Rod Road, Aldinger Farms actually have several fields on their property.

Please keep in mind that these flowers, while beautiful, are not yours for the taking! Aldinger Farms does not allow visitors to pick or cut their own flowers.

While it may look inviting, running or walking through the fields is just plain bad behavior.

Enjoy these beautiful photos instead!

Aldinger Farms operates a produce stand from July until October 31st that sells sweet corn, zucchini, peaches, and more!

While the sunflower fields are not open to the public, you can catch a glimpse of them as you drive by - and you should definitely support this awesome business by visiting their produce stand!

Have you ever heard of Aldinger Farms before? Have you stopped by their fresh produce stand? We can't wait to add this to our list of weekend activities!
