Enjoy A Family-Friendly Fall Evening In New Jersey At Alstede Farms’ Nighttime Corn Maze

Alstede Farms in Chester, New Jersey offers a family-friendly nighttime corn maze and various fall activities including wagon rides, pick-your-own produce, and wine tastings.

It's the first weekend of fall and we've got so many ways to enjoy the season here in New Jersey. One fantastic way is to visit a family-friendly nighttime corn maze. It's not at all spooky like other evening corn mazes, and there's more to enjoy than just the maze.

Alstede Farms in Chester has plenty to offer. There are wagon rides, pony rides, and plenty of pick-your-own opportunities. Currently in season, you'll find apples, sunflowers, pumpkins, peppers, raspberries, sweet corn, and so much more.

A favorite fall activity is their giant corn maze. It's always a challenge, but it's even more challenging (and thrilling) at night.

Visit during autumn weekends for harvest moon hayrides, complete with pumpkin picking and a visit to the corn maze. You'll make your way through by flashlight.

There will also be fresh pressed apple cider, a campfire, s'mores kits, live music, homemade ice cream and a food truck.

On select nights, adults can enjoy wine tastings from Tomasello Winery for an additional cost.

Harvest moon hayride and corn maze events will be held each weekend from 9/27 until 10/27. The events run from 6 p.m. - 10 p.m., with the last admission at 9 p.m..

And there are even more reasons to visit Alstede Farms! They have an amazing farm market, adorable farm animals, cider mill tours, a full-service food truck (the Hen House), frequent live entertainment, and special food events like pie tastings and farm-to-table pancake breakfasts.

If you're interested in attending, you can find more info about wine tastings and evening corn mazes by visiting their website here. This is the kind of place you keep coming back to, so check it out! For more fall fun in New Jersey, check out this zipline foliage tour in North Jersey or this foliage road trip in South Jersey.
