This Lakefront Water Park In New Jersey Is A Summer Dream Come True

New Jersey has no shortage of great waterparks where you can have fun in the water. Many are seasonal, taking place outside when the weather is warm enough, but some are indoor year-round adventures. What all of them have in common, though, is that they were built from the ground up and are mostly made of colorful plastic. There's one hidden-gem waterpark in Sparta, though, that does things a little bit differently. Tomahawk Lake Waterpark is based around an actual lake that has been transformed with countless attractions, including inflatable water play areas and even some huge waterslides that take advantage of the terrain. It might be the only lakefront waterpark in New Jersey, and the combination of natural water features and high-thrill activities makes it the perfect summer adventure!

Tomahawk Lake Waterpark is a unique spot for water recreation - it's located on a lake, and has a small admission fee plus additional fees for premiere activities.

This is a great activity for families, because you can choose how much time you want to spend and how much money you're in for. You're not paying a hefty admission just to get in the door.

The main swimming area, located on Tomahawk Lake, is a great place with a beach and inflatable attractions for kids.

But that's not the big draw here - that's the towering waterslides that offer you a thrilling ride and sometimes deposit you right in the lake.

There are a total of seven waterslides here, many taking advantage of the terrain to provide a thrilling ride.

These twisty plummets offer excitement for both kids and grownups, and many have a a lot of surprising turns!

There are also picnic facilities and a mini-golf course on the grounds, so this is a great place for a day of summer fun.
