Overpeck County Park is one of the biggest and best county parks in New Jersey, taking up over 805 acres.
It's a sprawling recreation destination that features one of the largest and most accessible playgrounds in the state.

As well as boat and kayak launch points. That makes this a very popular spot during the summer.
But there are some much bigger surprises here, including one of New Jersey's best equestrian training centers.
The grass amphitheater is an amazing spot to visit during the summer months, when live music performances take place regularly.
A hike on the bridge is one of the best ways to end the day, but there's one big surprise in this park that isn't in public view.
This park is home to Field Station: Dinosaurs, one of the biggest dinosaur parks in the country. Sadly, this is a separate attraction that requires a ticket, but it's a must-visit for dinosaur-loving kids.
