Discover the top hiking trails in the Pacific Northwest, known for their stunning scenic views and diverse landscapes.

If you haven't been to the 3rd & Curry St. Carson Farmer's Market, you are truly missing out. This Carson City-based epic farmer's market is in its tenth year. Logically located at the intersection of 3rd Street and Curry Street, this open-air farmer's market has been voted Nevada's #1 Farmer's Market for the past three straight years. This is one epic farmer's market you don't want to miss! Take a look.

This epic farmer's market will be open Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. until September 30th for the 2017 season.

This year there will be 12 local farmers and ranchers as well as eight local businesses for customers to see.

Fresh locally sourced produce will be available all summer at this fantastic farmer's market.

Tomatoes galore.

Oodles of strawberries from renowned Rodriguez Farms in Watsonville, California.

Berries, berries, and more berries.

There's just something about kids and cherries!

Fresh jarred pickles; one of my favorites!

The baked goods gallery is chock-full of fresh, from-scratch pastries, cakes, cookies, and pies.

There's little better than fresh eggs.

What's a farmer's market without beautiful blooms and bouquets?

In addition to the delicious, fresh, locally grown and sourced produce, flowers, honey, beef, eggs, and baked goods, there will be entertainment and fun for the kids on a hot summer's day. Among the musical entertainment this summer are Hick'ry Switch, Randy Ide, Carolyn Dolan, CW and Dr. Spitmore, and Canyon White. Also this year, the Carson City Library's Petal Mobile will be making an appearance.

Parking is available at the Bob McFadden Plaza at 223 W. 3rd Street between Carson and Curry. Also, please remember that dogs are not allowed (except for bona fide service dogs.) For more information, you can contact the Carson Farmer's Market at (775) 720-7789 or visit their Facebook page.
