The Adventure Park of Nashville, Tennessee is just a few minutes west of downtown and offers some of the most amazing aerial adventures in the state. Whether you're looking for a climbing adventure or want to strap yourself into a zipline, there's a little something for everyone!
The Nashville treetop adventure park has over 155 fun elements installed across the treetops, which means you'll find everything from bridges to ziplines. Each trail is marked for skill level, so you'll have the chance to experience a trek that oscillates from Beginner to Expert.
A little nervous about getting up in the air? No worries! The highly trained staff make sure that everyone is given an instructional briefing and that safety harnesses are worn at all times. If you have a question during your time at the park you can ask any of the staff on-site.
Each ticket is valid for three hours of climbing time, though you'll be spending a little over three and a half to allow for extra instruction and harnessing time. Make sure you arrive early and wear well-fitting clothes that can't get tangled in the ropes. Closed-toed shoes are required and protective gloves are encouraged.
Adventure Park is the newest and largest adventure park in the area and it's great for a fun day out or a birthday party. You don't have to operate at a certain fitness level to enjoy your time, and the self-guided adventure makes it easy for you to choose your own difficulty level.
