This super short trail may not take you long to travel, but you'll want to spend all your extra time exploring! Meramec State Park is the only Missouri State Park that expands into three separate counties. The 6,896 acre park is beloved by water enthusiast but its hiking trails are equally impressive.

When you're trying to hike, paddle, fish, swim, and go spelunking, you'll want to maximize your time for all these awesome activities. With this short hike on Sheep's Cave Trail you can quickly knock hiking off your list!
This trial is only .2 miles long and is an easy loop to conquer in under an hour. The little cave is also open for exploration!
After taking a bit of time to explore the inside of the cave you can be back on the trail, ready for your next adventure.
The trail can get a bit muddy and although it's rated easy, it can get a bit tricky to navigate. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and good shoes!
