While we can admire the fall foliage just about anywhere we go, sometimes we want to set off on an autumn adventure. When the mood strikes, make your way to one of these overlooks in Missouri.
1. Weston Bend State Park – Weston
Drink in beautiful views of the Missouri River from the scenic overlook at Weston Bend State Park. 2. Jensen’s Point Overlook – Pacific
Jensen's Point Overlook has been the go-to spot for prime leaf peeping in Pacific for more than seven decades. It offers jaw-dropping views of the adorable town of Pacific, of Route 66, and of colorful foilage for miles.
3. 165 Scenic Overlook – Branson
Look for the sign alerting you to the scenic overlook that's right along Highway 165 in Branson. You'll have to park on the side of the road and walk just a few steps to the overlook. 4. Osage Bluff Scenic Overlook – Westphalia

The entire trail's framed in fall foliage, and you can sit down on one of the benches dotted along the trail to take in the colorful scenery. 5. Eagles Bluff Overlook – Columbia
You'll have somewhat of a challenge to reach the Eagles Bluff Overlook. One look at the views, though, and it will all be worth it. 6. Greensfelder County Park – Eureka
Get ready for a gorgeous 4.4-mile trek, framed in the colors of fall, that will lead you to sensational views of of lush forest. 7. Lovers’ Leap – Hannibal
