As a mother, I think it is important to know where all the best playgrounds in Indiana are located. If you happen to live in Indiana and have children, you probably feel the same way. Here are nine pretty incredible playgrounds you have got to check out!
1. Taylor’s Dream Boundless Playground
This playground is located off N. River Road inside Kreager Park in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I may be a little biased putting this as the number one playground in Indiana, but I’m a special needs mother and that makes the existence of this park incredible. It was the very first boundless park in Indiana and it is ranked as one of the top 30 inclusive parks in the United States. This is a place for children of all development and physical levels. A whole lot of work went into making this an incredible park for all children.
2. Cyntheanne Park
You can find this park at 12383 Cyntheanne Road in Fishers
3. Founders Park
This playground is located at 11675 Hazel Dell Parkway in Carmel.
4. Holiday Park
You can find this park and playground at 6363 Spring Mill Road in Indianapolis.
5. Oaklandon Play Park
This playground is located at 11828 E. 65th Street in Indianapolis.
6. Dr. James A. Dillon Park
You can find this playground at 6001 Edenshall Lane in Noblesville, Indiana.
7. Freedom Trail Park
You can find this playground at 500 Deer Walk Trce in Westfield, Indiana.
8. Fort Harrison State Park
You can find this playground and state park at 5753 Glenn Road in Indianapolis.
9. Asa Bales Park
You can find this park and playground at 205 W Hoover Street in Westfield, Indiana.
Please keep in mind, I am just one person and this is by no means the best of the best. I'm also limited to what playgrounds I have (or can get) pictures of. I'm sure there are several great other playgrounds in the state of Indiana and I'd love for you to share them with me in the comments section!
