Hoosiers Should Expect Extra Flaky Snowfalls This Winter According To The Farmers’ Almanac

Hoosiers are a hearty people, well suited to withstand wintery blasts. But with the weather always changing like, well, itself, how are you supposed to know just what the snowy season has in store for you?

While by no means infallible, the Farmers' Almanac has been speculating on upcoming seasons for centuries. This year, it's an unusually flaky Indiana winter in the cards. Don't let that mislead you, though. "Flaky" is the type of snow that's supposed to fall on Hoosier homes across the state this season. It doesn't mean the winter might cancel its plans and not show up at all.
