Zoolights Is Back During The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year At Lincoln Park Zoo In Illinois

Zoolights at Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago offers a festive holiday experience with millions of lights, seasonal activities, and socially-distanced Santa photos.

Zoolights has returned to Chicago's Lincoln Park Zoo this year and it is filled with holiday magic. This festive family tradition features seasonal activities, hundreds of 3-D displays, and millions of lights throughout the zoo. Tickets are only $5 each and proceeds will support wildlife and conservation efforts.

The Lincoln Park Zoo has been transformed into a twinkling winter wonderland!

This event runs from November 21, 2020 - January 3, 2021 this season.

Experience a light maze as you've never seen before as you twist and turn down a dazzling lit path.

Order some spiced wine, a cold beer, and holiday snacks (maybe fireside s'mores) to make your visit all the merrier at Snowy's Spirits & S'more!

Visitors can also do some shopping and find gifts at the Gift Shop.

You will be enchanted as you walk through the Enchanted Forest, surrounded by music and dazzling blue and purple lights twinkling among the trees.

Santa will be here, too! Take socially-distanced photos with Mr. Claus nightly from 4:30 pm - 9:30 pm until December 23rd (he has to get back home to the North Pole to get ready for Christmas package deliveries!).

Since it's 2020, there have been some changes implemented this year to keep everyone as safe as possible while following state and city guidelines to allow for social distancing.

Admission capacity has been reduced to keep guests safe and tickets must be purchased online in advance, groups larger than ten people are not allowed, and everyone must wear a mask. Visit the Lincoln Park Zoo website for more information.

Take a walk on the wild side at Lincoln Park's Zoolights this holiday season! Virtual options to enjoy the festivities are also available. For information on dates and to reserve your tickets online, visit the zoo's website.
