This giant outdoor marketplace is worth setting your alarm for as it is open between 8 a.m. and 12 a.m. It is in its 44th year of operation and is bigger and better than ever.

More than 26 seasonal vendors set up shop, whether rain or shine, to sell their fruits, veggies, meats, and arts each Sunday at this popular market. Most are local farmers from around southern Illinois, many of which offer organic goods.

In addition to goods grown from the ground, you'll also find a wealth of baked goods. Pies, breads, cookies, and even jams, preserves, and butters abound at this farmers market.

On the artsy side, handmade soaps, lotions, jewelry, wooden furniture, and ornaments make this so much more than just a farmers market. You'll find all sorts of unique gifts for you and your loved ones among the tables and tents at this outdoor shopping experience.
