Not only that, but these trout lily flowers are said to be uncommon in this part of the country, with scientists even speculating that they migrated south during the ice age.

There will likely be tens of millions of lilies in bloom from around late January to early March, which in total cover about 15 acres of the forest.

Guests will be able to take guided tours of the grounds, which is extremely helpful for first-timers since the volunteer guides will provide information and answers to any questions.
