The Tobacco Pouch Loop in Georgia is a gorgeous 5.7-mile hike.

You will find it near the town of Jasper, and it is relatively lesser-known compared to other hikes in the area.

This hike is perfect for any type of Georgia weather.

But we recommend waiting until there is a sunny day...

... because not only are there spectacular views, but also the water features throughout the trail are worth enjoying.

The trail provides access to different streams, cascades, and even the four different waterfalls.

These include the Buice Falls and the Creek Falls.

Be prepared for a steady ascent and descent on this trail.

It has an elevation change of just under 1,500 feet so it might not be suitable for kids.

Many hikers can complete the loop at a steady pace at around 4 hours...

... even with a few stops at the different features or if they brought along a bite to eat along the way.

This isn’t a hike for the faint of heart, or even for beginners that are looking for a quick jaunt through nature.

But instead, it’s a tricky Georgia hiking trail that can be grueling at times.

But the natural rewards along the way make it very worth it for most.
