The One-Of-A-Kind Park In Georgia Where You Can See Exotic Animals Up Close

Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary in Locust Grove, Georgia, offers a safe haven for over 1,500 abused, abandoned, and neglected animals, with various tour options for visitors.

Georgia has quite a few places throughout the state that pay homage to animals and different wildlife species. In fact, just recently an elephant sanctuary opened up in Decatur County, which provides over 800 acres of space for the magical creatures to roam. We have another park in Georgia that is worth visiting, too, especially once you see the exotic animals they have taken in.

Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary in Locust Grove, Georgia is a special place where exotic animals are taken in to enjoy life in a safe space.

Home to over 1,500 animals, including 100 different species, Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary is devoted to taking care of abused, abandoned, and neglected animals who are surrendered.

You won’t believe the types of beautiful animals which call Noah’s Ark home.

Guests can visit Noah’s Ark and choose a variety of tour options available to experience the one-of-a-kind park.

A self-guided tour is free of charge to visitors of any age, which includes walking along the one-mile trail throughout the entire habitat.

A Walk On The Wild Side tour (WOW) is also available for those who reserve in advance, which offers a professionally guided tour of the property with plenty of educational opportunities, too.

The Big Cat Feeding Tour is a behind-the-scenes tour where you can get up close and personal with the big cats within the sanctuary.

But perhaps the best experience of visiting Noah’s Ark is getting to be the Keeper for the Day.

Keeper for the Day means that guests spend a normal day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. being a Noah’s Ark Keeper, feeding, caring for, and learning all about what it takes.

No matter what tour you choose to take at Noah’s Ark Animal Sanctuary, it’ll be a rewarding experience each time.

Guests are encouraged to donate to the facility when they visit, either monetarily or through different food items and sanctuary supplies.

If we can help do our part, then amazing parks like this in Georgia will continue to be open to the public and free to enjoy.
