Who doesn't love Rocky Mountain National Park? We're so lucky to have this incredible park in our great state. I try to get there as much as I can - we all should!

The park offers ranger-led snowshoe adventures from January through mid-March every year. They're available on both sides of the park - on the Grand Lake side and on the Estes Park side.

Participants must provide their own snowshoes, but if you don't have any, there are places you can rent them outside of the park.

No previous snowshoe experience is necessary. However, it's good to know ahead of time that the walk is somewhat strenuous.

These walks last two hours and participants will walk over hilly, uneven, snow-covered terrain. You'll pass through meadows and conifer forests and you'll be amazed at the views.

Each walk is limited to a maximum of 20 people. Reservations are free, although you'll still have to pay park entry to get into the park.

These programs fill up quickly and reservations are required.

You'll love this snowshoeing adventure inside one of the most beautiful parks in our nation!

You can learn more about days and times and where you can make reservations on the Rocky Mountain National Park website. Don't miss this great opportunity! Snowshoeing in Rocky Mountain National Park is something you'll never forget.
