Don’t Put Away That Coat, As Spring 2023 In Arkansas Is Predicted To Be Cold And Wet

And with spring around the corner, chances are, you’re looking forward to spending time enjoying the delightful weather. But don’t put away your winter coats just yet, because the 2023 spring season in Arkansas might be a cold and wet one.
