The weather is cooling off and we're looking forward to filling the fall season with fun family activities. Peebles Farm in Augusta is about to kick off its 2018 fall season. Let's get lost in their over-the-top corn maze and see what other fun awaits.
Peebles Farm is about to open for another fun fall season.
The farm will be open beginning next week, Sept. 22nd, 2018 and will be open until Halloween. They're located halfway between Augusta and McCrory at Co Rd. 249, Augusta, AR 72006.
Each year the farm features a huge corn maze.
The amazing maize maze is a whopping 16 acres. The design changes every year so you can always expect a new challenge. After dark you can take on the haunted version of the maze.
You don't need to worry about being lost forever though.
Maps are available of the maze as well as a nifty app. You can expect to spend about 30 minutes in the maze.
The corn maze isn't the only reason to plan a few visits to the farm.
In addition to the maze, Peebles also has a pumpkin and cotton patch to pick through.
After you've perused the patches, there's still more activities for a festive fall day.
Visit the barnyard animals, take a wagon ride, or shoot the corn cannon. There's also a tractor train and playground for the kids.
A day at Peebles Farm is the perfect way to enjoy the new season.
