Wow how things have changed since the ’80s. In the ’80s in St. Louis we played outside until the street lights came on and rode our bikes without helmets! Here are nine more things you’ll remember from the ’80s:
Wow! Who remembers Frogger? Atari came out in 1977, and Frogger in 1981. Looking at this picture of Frogger is almost shocking. Remember how simplified our video games were? No head sets, no internet gaming with the world. No complex games with missions and teams comprised of people you've never met. What a different world video gaming is today!
Who remembers gambling on the Admiral? Did you know it was moved to Columbia, Illinois in 2011 and dismantled and sold for scrap?
