Since opening decades ago, not much has changed at the eatery - except, of course, the insane amount of knickknacks, which adorn the walls both inside and out. Opened in 1974, Abe’s Grill is the oldest diner on Highway 72, but that’s not its only claim to fame.

The longstanding eatery is also known for serving up some of the state’s best burgers and is "home of the mid-South's favorite homemade biscuit."

But the restaurant’s age and food aren’t the only things that make it a memorable place. There’s also its appearance.

Both the exterior and interior of the restaurant are adorned with all sorts of knickknacks, like stickers, license plates, hubcaps, vintage signs, foreign currency, postcards, old soda bottles, and more. There's even a wall of fame with photos of Abe's famous visitors.

Unique décor isn’t the only thing that plasters the walls, though. There’s also the restaurant’s extensive menu, which hasn’t changed since Abe’s first opened in the 1970s.

Featuring breakfast and lunch items, the menu is jam-packed with tasty options, including longtime favorites, like the rib-eye sandwich.
