Outside of a few popular places, Minnesota’s small cities and towns don’t get a lot of attention. But maybe they should. Cities and towns that are a little off the beaten path make offbeat destinations to those who truly want to explore the state. One such city is Alexandria, Minnesota. With a population of around 13,000 people, it’s much smaller than Minnesota’s largest cities. But it’s big enough to have some great attractions. We’ve already covered some in the past – the Runestone Museum and Inspiration Peak, to name a few – but today we want to introduce another one.
