Cameo is a wonderful restaurant in Rochester, Minnesota. Known for upscale new American cuisine, it’s a go-to spot for those in the area who are looking for a great meal.
The restaurant is housed in Rochester’s old Armory building. Built in 1915, it is an impressive stone fortress that looks like a majestic castle. You can’t miss it!
Inside, Cameo is equally impressive. The dining room has a moody, industrial vibe, with exposed beams and plenty of wood and metal accents. There’s plenty of seating for groups of all sizes to dine here.
If you like to be in the middle of things, the bar area is a great place to set up shop. It’s lively and fun, with plenty of business that will energize you.
As for the food, Cameo has a menu full of elevated American food. If you’d like to start with an appetizer, try the Korean popcorn chicken, blackened fish tacos, or steak bruschetta.
