With all of the trails that crisscross Minnesota, it is curious that there aren’t more restaurants along the trails. After all, what better time to grab a bite than after a long walk or bike across Minnesota’s beautiful landscape? However, there are still a few restaurants that are easy to access from the trails. For example, Scoops Ice Cream in Elysian, Minnesota, is right off the Sakatah Singing Hills State Trail. And the beautiful Trestle Inn in Finland, Minnesota, is nestled among popular snowmobile trails. Today, we’d like to add another trailside restaurant to the list. Also along Sakatah Singing Hills State Trail, the Knotty Bar & Grill serves up fantastic food in a casual but modern setting. Take a look:
