The Tiny Beach Town Near Boston You’ve Never Heard Of But Need To Visit
When warmer weather arrives, Bostonians flock to the Cape either by ferry or – if you feel like reading bumper stickers while inching forward – by car. In the other direction, we are lured to the beaches of the North Shore. However, many of us stop well shy of the Massachusetts/New Hampshire border and that means we miss out on Salisbury: the ultimate beach town.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate
Should you want to extend your trip, there are plenty of hotels and motels in the area, as well as a campsite at Salisbury Beach State Reservation.
