Confession time: this orchard offers hedge mazes, rather than a corn maze. However, your experience winding through endless green passageways will be just as epic. The largest maze known as the Big Green Monster is 1.5 miles long and offers multiple bridges and a lookout gazebo. England’s Hampton Court is legendary for its hedge maze and the Mini-Monster Hedge Maze at Honey Pot Orchards is a precise replica of this 17th century attraction. Finally, little ones can enjoy the Tunnel Maze, which is on a fun yet manageable scale.
LOCATION: 138 Sudbury Road, Stow, MA 01775
DATES: The Big Green Monster is only open on weekends, but the other two mazes are open daily.
TIMES: Visit the Big Green Monster between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., the other mazes are open from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
COST: Admission to The Big Green Monster includes entrance to the other mazes, too. Tickets cost $11.95 for anyone over 16, $7.95 for those aged 3 to 15, and children under 3 enter for free. The mini-monster costs $2.00 on weekdays and $4.00 on weekends. Kids under 3 explore for free.
