1. Char Lou’s
This tiny little roadside eatery is worth the drive, we promise. At Char Lou’s, you can expect some homemade hot plates, po’boys, and good old fashioned BBQ. What more could you ask for?

2. Court Tavern
The sister restaurant of the famous Court of Two Sisters restaurant, Court Tavern is always a great option if you find yourself in the French Quarter with a craving for a hearty po’boy. The laid-back setting and vibrant atmosphere is perfect for a casual lunch or dinner, and the Creole dishes are simply fantastic.

This famous little yellow building has been a favorite for locals for over a century, and it’s easy to see why. When it comes to po’boys, they’re one of the best in the city and it’s worth the trek Uptown.

6. Mona Lisa Restaurant
