Here’s The Perfect Weekend Itinerary If You Love Exploring Kansas’s Waterfalls
If you’re looking to fill this weekend up with a good time, maybe check out some of Kansas’s great waterfalls. We’ve planned a weekend trip where I’ve started in Wichita, but you’re welcome to start in Olathe if that’s closer! Here’s the map route.
Start out at Santa Fe Spillway in Andover
We started off with a beautiful view and a great example of what Kansas waterfalls look like. What’s not to love?
Well, does that look like a good trip for a weekend? It may only be around 5 hours of driving time, but personally I’d love to spend hours at each location just taking it all in. Wouldn’t you?
Born and raised Kansan, Clarisa has lived in both tiny towns and cities during her time here in the Sunflower State, mostly in the south central area. Clarisa is a stay-at-home mother of one crazy kid, three cats, and two reptiles, and has been writing anything and everything since she's held a pencil, though Kansas and fantasy novels take up most of her time.
