Where's the beef? It's in Emporia, of course! The Flint Hills Beef Fest features eating contests, free breakfast, and -- of course -- lots of beef! (The date of the 2017 Flint Hills Beef Fest is TBA.)
The next Topeka fiesta takes place July 11th through the 15th and will feature music, dancing, and lots of delicious Mexican food!

While the date for the 2017 Taste has yet to be announced, be sure to keep your eyes peeled, as tickets to the event are limited and include incredible food, fashion shows, and samples from the many Downtown Hays businesses.
