When in Iola, you may notice that there's not much around. However, they just don't need much! Around The Corner is a cafe and coffee shop that you shouldn't miss out on.

As the only coffee shop in town, it is a great idea to stop by and support the business. Of course, when the food tastes this good, it's a pain-free experience. If anything, you're in danger of wanting to come here all the time.

They specialize in fresh coffee and baked goods, which go together as well as anything ever can. Fresh baked muffins, anyone?

This might look a little odd to you, but we assure you this "womelette" is delicious. It's an omelette made in a waffle maker which makes it perfect for holding sauce and the tiniest bit crispy.

For those who aren't going to be up and at 'em in Iola before lunchtime, they have a great array of soups, sandwiches, and more.

They are open from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. unless posted otherwise.
