Kansas has plenty of random weather changes and severe weather events, but for the most part, it’s winter as usual. When it’s wintertime in Kansas, it seems like all the oddities come out to say hello. Whether it’s someone hoarding all the bread and milk or someone not dressed for the weather, here’s a few things you’ll see during a typical Kansas winter. Have you seen all of them before?
This person might actually be me, as I wear sandals and shorts year-round unless it's actually too wet or windy out for me. There has to be ankle-deep snow before I change my shoes.

They probably won't be worse than the one we had a while back that knocked out even most of Wichita, but they're bound to be pretty bad regardless.
