Kansas has plenty of random weather changes and severe weather events, but for the most part, it’s winter as usual. When it’s wintertime in Kansas, it seems like all the oddities come out to say hello. 2. Conversely, someone wearing snow gear when it's only 50 degrees out.

3. Too many wrecks on icy roads.
