Taking place over two weekends, the Parke County Maple Fair will be open to the public on February 29, 2020 through March 1, 2020 and March 7-8, 2020.

Beginning at the end of each winter, Parke County begins tapping trees for maple. Throughout the year, you'll likely see buckets collecting the maple sugar water for this event.
