Matter Park on the north side of Indiana is a marvelous, 101-acre area that includes landscaped gardens, picnic pavilions, playgrounds, and tennis courts. Events take place throughout the year to keep you coming back each season, and it is completely free to visit.
This large garden park is an ideal place to walk around if you love looking at beautiful flowers, bushes, and trees. There are benches throughout to give you a lovely place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
Pagodas, waterfalls, gazebos, statues, fountains, stone-lined paths, a koi pond, and other fabulous features make this a true paradise. Bring a book or journal along to enjoy a quiet afternoon of peace and tranquilty.
