Made to order and served with Aloha in a casual, “come-as-you-are atmosphere,” this local favorite is removed from the tourist crowd and honestly, that’s just the way we like it.
Always fresh and never frozen, Maui Mike’s chickens are raised on a healthy, all-natural diet, and contain no steroids, hormones, antibiotics, or other additives. The chicken is hand-massaged with a special seasoning mix and fire-roasted to perfection.
Order a quarter or half chicken, or opt for a scrumptious sandwich like the “Maui Wowie” melt, bacon melt, or the Mike’s Melt. No matter what you order, your taste buds will surely be satisfied.
