As the name implies, prime rib is the steakhouse’s specialty; but not just any prime rib.

What size is perfect for you: 8, 16, or 24 ounces? Are you going for the Wall of Fame 40-ouncer or more?

We’re talking about gigantic prime ribs, and the smallest prime rib of the giant variety on the menu is 40 ounces.

The largest is 360 ounces! This father and son went for the 80-ouncer and 160-ounce cut.

Of course, the menu does include a variety of other cuisine, such as seafood, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and soups.

We are excited about this lovely special of Branzino with garlic risotto and grilled asparagus!

But we digress — another important note is the beef was endorsed as one of the “largest, juiciest and most succulent slabs of meat fit for the Flintstones, ” by the Travel Channel.

It was also named Milwaukee’s No. 1 spot for prime rib. The accolades make sense when you learn that all of Ward’s prime ribs are hand-selected USDA Angus beef and have been aged for 45 days.

But it’s not just the quality of the prime rib that makes it so drool-worthy.

There’s also the cooking method which involves a signature seasoning blend and curing the meat for two days before roasting it low and slow.

The size sure is impressive, though, so much so that the prime ribs are the focus of the restaurant’s food challenge.

People have traveled from near and far to conquer the giant cuts of meat.
