The dim lighting and antique fireplace create a cozy ambiance that makes this an amazing date night spot. However, you don't have to make this just one romantic dinner out: Oglebay Resort is an amazing place for a few nights away with that special someone, and there's even an indoor pool and hot tub.

3. Laury's Restaurant (Charleston)

I love the atmosphere in restaurants that were converted from previous use - they have a tendency to feel so special and unique. Laury's Restaurant was an old train depot built in 1901, and it's now one of the most delicious restaurants in Charleston, West Virginia. The restaurant opened up in 1979 and serves American dishes with a touch of French influence. Between the historic surroundings, stunning chandeliers, and amazing food, this place is tailor-made to be a stupendous setting for your next date night.

4. Guesthouse Kitchen and Bar (Lost River)

An overnight getaway is so magical, and that's why we've got another restaurant at a resort on this list. Guesthouse Lost River is a small mountain lodge with 18 rooms that's the perfect mix of rustic splendor and modern amenities. The views here are incredible, and the adults-only atmosphere is perfect for relaxation. Even if you're not interested in staying for a night, you can enjoy delicious meals at the lodge's Guesthouse Kitchen and Bar. Reservations are highly recommended, as it's a tiny eatery, but the meals are superb, and there's a great selection of cocktails. Steaks, salads, and more are available on the menu, which changes seasonally for the highest quality.

5. Le Bistro (Huntington)
