Seattle dominates the rooftop deck scene due to its abundance of tall buildings, but there are spots all over the state that offer elevated outdoor eating. Frolik serves small plates, entrees and craft cocktails from their spot in the Motif hotel downtown. This is one of the most beautiful rooftop restaurants in the state, hands down.

The beautiful Semiahmoo Resort sits right on the water, and their restaurant, Pierside Kitchen, has a great deck overlooking the Semiahmoo Bay.
