B's Bagels & Butters is a brand-new bagel shop located at 3308 Uddenberg Lane in the heart of Gig Harbor, Washington.

The "B" in B's stands for owner and New England native Brittany Erwin, who launched B's Bagels in early March 2023.

B's was born out of a desire to bring East Coast-style bagels to the Pacific Northwest.

Growing up in New England, Erwin was accustomed to bagel shops on nearly every corner, something that was lacking in Washington state.

From the first day they opened, B's has had a line out the door and it's not hard to see why.

Dozens of regular and specialty bagels are available daily with various toppings and spreads. Choose from a full menu of bagel sandwiches or build your own with your favorite toppings.

You can't go wrong with a mouth-watering Monte Cristo French Toast Bagel with turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, raspberry citrus butter, and a side of maple syrup.

Besides fresh-baked bagels, B's features a variety of innovative and delicious house-made schmears and compound butters.
