Family-Owned Since 2004, Los Tios Grill In Virginia Is A Favorite Neighborhood Haunt

One of the best parts about dining in Virginia is discovering all the hidden gems that locals love. One prime example is Los Tios Grill, a favorite neighborhood haunt in Arlington, Virginia. It's been in business for two decades and has even expanded to become a regional chain. Yet this family-owned restaurant is just as authentic and delicious as ever, and you'll want to make a point of visiting the next time you're in the Arlington area.

Welcome to Los Tios Grill!

This beloved local eatery saw its beginnings in 2004 when German Mejia realized his dream of opening a restaurant in Alexandria's charming neighborhood of Del Ray.

Los Tios Grill is truly a family business, owned and operated by the Mejia Family today. Due to the success of the first restaurants, a handful of other locations have opened up throughout the region, the most recent being Arlington's Crystal City spot.

No matter which location you visit, you can look forward to a vibrant, delicious dining experience. The food is a blend of Tex-Mex and Salvadorian, and there's no shortage of mouthwatering dishes to sample.

Not sure what to order? Folks rave about the chips and gauc, fajitas, burritos, and mango margaritas. Of course, you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

For some of the Salvadorian platters, try the Carne Guisada, Carne Asada Salvadorena, or the Pollo Guisado.

Just be sure to save a little room for dessert; it's the perfect way to polish off your meal.
