Smokin’ Bowls Is A Roadside Shack In Vermont That Serves Up The Best Soup

When you get hungry driving on the highway, you're often left with limited dining options. It's either finding something at the gas station or pulling over at one of the fast-food chains. But every once in a while, a local gem pops up. It might look unassuming, but give it a try and you'll wish you had one closer to home. Smokin' Bowls in Bellow Falls is one of those spots, and it's worth the trip.

Smokin’ Bowls has been serving high quality, gourmet soups since 2007.

They use fresh local ingredients and frequently change up their soup specials to keep things interesting.

They offer a tasty selection of chili and soups.

They're especially famous for their Cheech N' Chong Chili, but they also have a few others like their Wild Mushroom Bisque, Lobster Bisque, Broccoli and Grafton Cheddar, and their West African Peanut Soup.

Enjoy a homemade cheddar biscuit for your side, or take a whole bag of them to go.

In addition to soups, they serve hot dogs, chili dogs, and sometimes even lobster rolls!

We can't forget about their indulgent Pulled Pork and Cheese Nachos.

Top off your fantastic meal with one of their decadent desserts.

Just like their soups and chilis, Smokin' Bowls likes to get creative with their dessert as well, so their offerings often change. Pictured above is one of their Chocolate Chip Cookie-Butterfinger-Cheesecake Bars. Yum!

Rain or shine, Smokin' Bowls is so worth the trip.
