A Trip To This Epic Chocolate Factory In Utah Will Make You Feel Like A Kid Again

Halloween is still over a month away, but there's no need to wait for a holiday to indulge in some delicious, hand-made chocolates. While we have multiple chocolatiers across the state, Mrs. Cavanaugh's is one of the best - and it offers tours!

Marie Cavanaugh opened her chocolate business in South Dakota in 1964, and moved to Utah in 1972. The factory is located at 835 North Pointe Circle in North Salt Lake.

Mrs. Cavanaugh's has six locations in Utah; this is the North Salt Lake Store.

Other locations include Bountiful, Layton, North Ogden, Orem and West Valley.

At the store, you'll find plenty of delicious treats.

The chocolate case has so many delicious confections...good luck picking just one.

You can also choose from a variety of boxed chocolates.

Fall is the perfect time for caramel apples.

Mrs. Cavanaugh's makes a large variety of caramel apples with different toppings.

The store even offers delicious homemade ice cream!

Mrs. Cavanaugh's uses fresh cream and ingredients - including Mrs. Cavanaugh's chocolates.

You'll find tons of gift ideas at the store.

But we bet you'll have a really hard time giving this stuff away...

Mrs. Cavanaugh's is very fussy about the ingredients used in their chocolates.

Only the freshest butter, cream and fruit are used, and the company sources the best chocolate and nuts.
