The Utah Steakhouse In The Middle Of Nowhere That’s One Of The Best On Earth
Line Camp Steakhouse in Utah offers delicious steaks and a charming, Western-themed atmosphere.
If you're a steak lover, then you must be in heaven in the Beehive State. From border to border, we have tons of incredible restaurants serving up delicious, juicy steaks. Here's a little restaurant that's in a more remote corner of Utah, and it not only has great steaks - it's got a quaint, charming atmosphere, too.
Roughlock is located just eight miles north of Monticello, along Highway 191.
That's where you'll find Line Camp Steakhouse and The Runnin' Iron Inn.
Watch for the sign right of the highway - this place really is in the middle of nowhere.
This Western-themed inn and restaurant is quaint and charming, with rough-hewn timber accents and plenty of antiques.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you'll love all the antiques and old-West memorabilia adorning the walls.
The tables are set with pretty, embroidered tablecloths and placemats, and adorned with little gas lamps. You'll feel like you stepped right back into the late 1800s.
Start your meal with a shrimp cocktail.
Choose between filet mignon or rib-eye steak; either will melt in your mouth. Your meal is served with a side of Roughlock potatoes.
If you'd rather have something other than steak, try the salmon in orange-maple glaze; it's sweet and tangy.
Line Camp Steakhouse is open for dinner only, Monday through Saturday from 5 PM to 9 PM; closed Sunday.
