Well, hopefully your taste buds won’t actually explode when you eat at these fabulous restaurants, but they sure have tasty Italian food! This list doesn’t include pizza restaurants (you can find a list of some of Utah’s best pizzerias here). I've also excluded Italian delis and national chains (you won't find Olive Garden or Carrabba’s here). The list isn’t a ranking - it’s alphabetical.
