The Humble Little Restaurant Utahns Are Quietly Obsessed With

If you love the spicy flavors of Indian food, you're in luck: The Beehive State has some seriously legit South Asian food. There's one restaurant in particular that's pretty much always led the pack in terms of popularity, and it recently won another award. Have you dined at Bombay House?

Bombay House got its start in Provo back in 1993. Now the restaurant has three locations including Provo, West Jordan, and Salt Lake City (shown here).

Step inside, and you'll immediately be greeted by the savory smells of curry and fresh-baked naan. The warm lighting, murals on the walls, and Indian music all come together to make your meal special.

Bombay House has pretty much won every kind of restaurant award imaginable. City Weekly's readers just named it "Best Indian Restaurant" yet again. You'll certainly see why once your food arrives.

The garlic naan here is the stuff of dreams. Savory and flavorful, this pillowy flatbread is seriously addictive.

Every ingredient here is fresh and perfectly seasoned. From the tikka masala to the Bollywood chicken to the lamb curry, you'll want to sample everything.

How hot do you want your meal? Mild, with just a touch of heat, or so hot that the sweat runs down your face while you eat? Maybe something in-between? Bombay House will prepare any dish on the menu as hot or mild as you'd like.

Your experience at Bombay House isn't just the warm atmosphere and incredible food - the service here is stellar. These folks make you feel like a special guest in their home, and no detail is overlooked.

Visit India House Monday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.. The restaurant is closed on Sunday.
