Bricks Corner is chef-owned and operated. Chef Josh grew up in Chicago, but he fell in love with Utah during a ski trip to Snowbird and soon moved west to stay. Before long, he realized that Utah needed a pizza restaurant similar to those he missed from back home. Through much effort and experimentation, he developed the pizza recipes that customers enjoy at Bricks Corner today.
Chef Josh was finally ready to establish his pizza restaurant in March 2020—just as the pandemic hit. He knew that opening a new business during an uncertain time could be risky, but he moved forward with it anyway. In December 2020, Bricks Corner opened for business.

Upon opening, it was immediately clear that Utahans had been eagerly waiting for pizza like this! Even despite the pandemic, Bricks Corner was a quick hit. Customers were so excited about the Detroit-style pizza that Chef Josh had created, and today, people come from all over the state to try it.
Bricks Corner offers pies made with perfectly light, creamy, fluffy, and crispy dough that is double-proofed over 24 hours. Once the dough is ready, Chef Josh and his staff cover it with high-grade mozzarella, fresh marinara, and toppings like Italian sausage and other creations made in-house with ingredients sourced from local farmers' markets whenever possible. Then they're cooked in granite stone ovens to perfection.

Bricks Corner offers a variety of specialty pizzas that will make anyone's mouth water—and any of them can be made keto or gluten-free, and can also be made with dairy-free cheese, if you prefer.
Popular options include masterpieces like the Sausage King of Chicago, which is loaded with fresh mild house Italian sausage and pepperoni, or the Sweet Salty Pig, which is covered with burnt-end BBQ pork shoulder, applewood bacon, marinated tomatoes, caramelized onions, bread and butter jalapeno chips, and firecracker ranch.
You might also consider the Polynesian Pie, which comes with light red sauce, grilled Spam, Canadian bacon, red onion, marinated tomato, and grilled fresh pineapple jalapeno jam, or even the simple-but-epic SLC, which is made with white Panna sauce, basil pesto, marinated tomatoes, and fresh herbs. There are many other pizza creations to consider, and you'll want to try them all. If you want to add extras to any of them, there are nearly 30 spectacular toppings from which to choose.
